Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years old and legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting (up to 40 lbs) during your shift.
• Detail-oriented: Ready to take care of tasks carefully and accurately.
• A team player: Willing to pitch in and support others to meet shared goals.
• Some tasks involve working with cleaning products, wearing protective equipment, and exposure to plant materials (not suitable for individuals with related allergies or sensitivities).

Nice To Haves

• No previous experience or education is required!
• Eager to learn and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with tasks like watering, pruning, and transplanting cannabis plants.
• Learning how to trim, sort, and package our products.
• Helping with the cleaning and sanitizing of tools and production areas.
• Collaborating with coworkers and supervisors to get the job done.
