About The Position

As a Production Technician, you are a key part of the cultivation operation. You support the processing of plants after harvest, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance throughout trimming, drying, curing, and packaging preparation. Your goal is to produce consistent, high quality finished product while following all compliance and operational standards.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Comfortable with physical work and standing for extended periods
• Ability to follow processes and maintain compliance
• Meets all state requirements to work in a cultivation facility

Responsibilities

• Assist with trimming, bucking, and processing harvested plants
• Handle product carefully to maintain quality standards
• Support drying and curing processes
• Clean and sanitize rooms, tools, and equipment regularly
• Follow all state compliance and internal SOPs
• Help maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Prepare product for packaging according to company standards
• Weigh, label, and organize product accurately
• Ensure consistency and quality across all finished goods
• Track product movement and update systems as needed
• Assist with counts and ensure accuracy in reporting
• Follow processes to maintain compliance with state systems
• Maintain a positive and respectful environment
• Step in where needed and support the team
