About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Technician with a positive attitude and a strong desire for continuous learning to join our growing manufacturing team! This team member is critical to delivering our Epic interactive experiences and is responsible for producing, assembling, wiring and testing guest-facing products and components in our Manufacturing facility in Smyrna, TN. Additionally, this person will be responsible for pulling and packing all vendor supplied items used in our studios. As with all roles at our company, we expect our team members to be willing to bring flexibility and a positive attitude to their day-to-day work. If we need help packing a truck, we pack the truck. If the floors need sweeping, etc.

Requirements

• Dedicated to producing high-quality work, meeting production goals, and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret build docs and wiring schematics.
• Self starter able to operate independently.
• Proficient and safe operation of basic hand tools.
• Previous experience working with and installing low voltage wiring.
• Strong organizational skills and work ethic
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble interactive gameshow components, adding the necessary parts and pieces once items have been fabricated (e.g., Player Podiums, Spinning wheels and other game pieces).
• Perform low voltage wiring and basic programming for interactive components.
• Assembling and wiring PLCs to run our Studios.
• Maintain accurate entries in Production tracking software for time tracking and project progress.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations in alignment with OSHA standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
