About The Position

As an Assembler, you will be able to follow the work order to install all assembly component pieces, including electrical components such as console hook-ups, ECC hook-ups, suction units, exhaust fan inverters, oxygen systems, battery hook-ups, and air conditioning discharge systems. You will perform a general quality control check to ensure that all specifications and quality standards are met. You will also perform electrical installation and hook-up of pre-build components in accordance with work orders and schematics. This includes connecting main and auxiliary harnesses to the Electrical Control Center (ECC), ensuring proper routing and secure connections. You will conduct visual inspections and basic functional checks to confirm electrical and assembly quality standards are met, and collaborate with adjacent departments to support proper installation sequencing and workflow.

Requirements

  • Experience and ability using hand and power tools
  • Electrical knowledge related to circuits and relays
  • Knowledge of 12V and 110V electrical systems and test equipment
  • Able to read and understand a tape measure to 1/32” tolerance
  • Able to read and interpret drawings and schematics
  • Understand the production process in terms of quality and quantity
  • Understand quality measurements to adhere to ISO requirements
  • Conscious of and adhere to safe work practices

Responsibilities
