Join our dynamic team at Air Liquide as a Production Technician where the production technician is responsible for maintaining plant production, operating efficiency, regulatory compliance, and safety. Due to the complexity of the skill sets needed for this position, Production Technician levels have been established to distinguish work performance capabilities and the degree of independence each task is to be performed. Ideally, you will grow your knowledge and ability in all plant operations including processes and equipment. Bring an interest in instrumentation and mechanical systems. Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), corporate procedures; read and interpret blueprints, flow charts, process piping ISOs, simple schematics, P&IDs, electrical schematics; perform basic math operations. Keep accurate records and remain diligent in documentation and record retention policies and procedures. Apply your knowledge and understanding of control board and operator interface computer consoles. Perform operator rounds, water samples, truck loading, and operations PM's. Contribute to and promote high housekeeping and organizational standards. Support additional team needs as requested by Plant Management. All other duties based on business needs.
