About The Position

DreamFields is a cannabis company that manufactures and distributes branded products, including Jeeter. Production Technicians participate in manufacturing products from initial production through finished, sale-ready units distributed to dispensaries. The position is full-time, non-exempt, and scheduled for the first shift, typically 4:00 AM–2:30 PM Monday through Thursday. Mandatory eight-hour Friday work is required through Thanksgiving; Saturday work is unlikely. Shift schedules and workdays may change based on business and staffing needs, and may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime. Candidates must meet the schedule expectations for their selected schedule.

Production work takes place in a high-volume manual assembly-line environment, with individual and team performance goals and specific cycle-time expectations. The role involves regular exposure to cannabis plant material, dust, and other potential allergens. PPE is provided and required. Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old, as required by state law.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing position.
• Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and with others.
• Ability to learn and adapt to various cannabis strains, styles, and types.
• Ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment and meet goals without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to meet the schedule expectations associated with the selected schedule.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods, including sitting or standing for long periods or entire shifts.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm motions and fine motor tasks, including handling product, assembling packaging, and applying compliance labels.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience manufacturing consumable goods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manipulate cannabis flower and oil.
• Weigh, stuff, and roll products.
• Label, sticker, and package finished goods.
• Meet specific cycle-time requirements in each position.
• Work on a high-volume manual production assembly line and achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Follow instructions and receive management feedback and coaching to maintain product quality.
• Maintain health and hygiene standards required by OSHA.
