We offer a 2-2-3 schedule, growth opportunities, and competitive pay for experience. The night shift operates on 12-hour rotating shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, following a pattern of work 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, then flipping the schedule weekly. The work environment is clean and climate-controlled.

Requirements

• Proven track record of reliability and steady employment.
• Reliable, self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills.
• Team players who enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on role.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or related work is a plus.

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to standards.
