About The Position

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Production Technician/Machine Operator for its flagship market in North America. This role is crucial to the manufacturing process of beverages, contributing to the company's vision of loved brands done sustainably. The position is part of a multi-shift operation and requires adherence to quality, environmental, safety, and food safety management systems.

Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
Minimum of 2 years of light industrial work experience.
Prior Machine Operating and Production experience required.
Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product is highly desired.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate, manage, and maintain Filler/Packaging/Box-forming/Palletizing Equipment.
Load packages and containers onto machines.
Supply the line with necessary raw materials.
Check for proper filling, seals, and damaged product.
Move filled containers/packages to storage.
Record statistical data and the number of containers filled.
Rework product with damaged containers (leakers) or pour up waste syrup.
Wash equipment between flavors and clean and sanitize equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance and clear jams on machines as needed.
Perform forklift operations/inspections.
Ensure full compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), Safety Management System (SMS), and Food Safety Management System (FSMS) requirements.
