About The Position

The Production Technician supports daily manufacturing activities by preparing materials, performing composite fabrication tasks, and operating basic shop tools and equipment. This role directly contributes to product quality and reliable production flow by following instructions, measuring components, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Working hands-on with composites and tools, the technician ensures accurate, consistent execution of manufacturing processes while supporting team operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Ability to read, write, follow instructions, and perform basic math.
Ability to use measuring devices such as tape measures, speed squares, and framing squares.
Ability to pay close attention to detail and complete tasks consistently.
Ability to learn and safely use tools such as grinders, saws, routers, and sanders.
Willingness and ability to handle chemicals and solvents.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Time management and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
Commitment to safe work practices.
U.S. person status under U.S. export control laws, including U.S. citizens and nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees.

Three years of experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
Two to three years of trade experience in fields such as carpentry, painting, mechanical work, or home finishing.
Knowledge of composite materials and processes such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, resin infusion, vacuum bagging, and mold making.
Ability to operate a forklift.
Hobby interests such as team sports, arts and crafts, mechanics, woodworking, gardening, building models, small engine repair, or playing instruments.
