Production Technician II
About The Position
The Assembly Technician for Mikros Technologies, A Jabil Company, is responsible for the timely and accurate assembly and inspection of parts in compliance with internal procedures and work instructions including the ability to work through problems independently. Mikros Technologies liquid cooling systems are deployed in large AI data centers and help to increase the energy efficiency of these sites. We also make active liquid cooling systems that are utilized in semiconductor test equipment for providing fast thermal control to maintain a constant temperature under a varying heat load.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in manufacturing or role with equivalent skill sets
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail

- Ability to problem solve
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Dexterity/fine motor function
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment
- Follow production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- A majority of the time, upon completion of a process, move independently to the next priority
- Capable of training
- Monitor production processes and communicate solutions for production challenges with team leadership
- Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes
- Maintain accurate production records by clocking in and out of jobs
- Where applicable, follow process documentation
- Follows established guidelines for safe material handling and use of protective gear
- Ability to help craft process documents
- Create jobs and ship jobs to stock to E2
- Note defects within a part and classify appropriately for MRB
- Inspect and test finished products to ensure products meet specifications
- Identify problems with production or manufactured goods
