Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
  • Dependable with strong personal accountability and professionalism.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and safe operating procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) preferred.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety, Food Defense, and HACCP principles preferred.
  • Experience using pallet jacks, barrel wrenches, mixing tools, or similar production equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Pull the correct materials, bottles, lids, and containers for production orders.
  • Verify materials through the required audit process before production begins.
  • Accurately fill customer orders with the correct product and quantity.
  • Return partially used bulk containers to their designated storage locations.
  • Apply the correct lot numbers and product labels to finished containers.
  • Inspect products for quality and identify defects or damaged materials.
  • Report discrepancies or damaged inventory to management or the inventory team.
  • Maintain accurate records regarding product usage and damaged materials.
  • Verify products using original material labels before production.
  • Maintain clean work areas, tools, equipment, and production supplies.
  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Assist coworkers as needed to support daily production goals.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
