About The Position

The Production Technician I will be responsible for creating routers, printing labels, inspecting, packaging, labelling, and other administrative tasks as it relates to final processing. This role involves independently performing all tasks related to printing routers, packaging, and labeling of Prophecy products. The technician is expected to maintain quality standards, including GMP/GDP compliance, and participate in quality/manufacturing improvement projects. Key performance indicators include consistently meeting or exceeding production targets, maintaining a productivity rate above 75%, and adhering to all work instructions and packaging standards. The position requires following instructions from Leads, Supervisors, or Managers, attending daily management meetings punctually, and supporting the flow of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods across the shop floor as needed. Accurate clocking in/out of operations using company tracking systems and timely completion of all assigned training (99%+ compliance) are also essential, along with maintaining a clean disciplinary record.

Requirements

• Minimum twelve (12) months’ of related manufacturing experience
