About The Position

As a Production Technician I, also referred to internally as a Copper Bender Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process based in Egan, LA. Your primary responsibility will involve setting up, operating, and maintaining production equipment to efficiently manufacture, process, and assemble a variety of commercial products. This position requires close adherence to detailed product specifications, blueprints, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality output that meets stringent quality standards and production metrics. Working under the direct supervision of experienced personnel, you will monitor production runs, identify any issues or inconsistencies, and promptly report equipment malfunctions or deviations in production quality. Requirements

Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Prepare, set up, and operate production machinery and tools according to product specifications and work instructions.
