About The Position
ALK Abello' Source Materials, Inc., a leading manufacturer of quality allergenic biological source materials, and a member of the global ALK-Abello' group of companies, is recruiting for our open Production Technician I-III position. This is a regular, full-time, benefits-eligible position. Join our stable and growing company and provide leadership and expertise to our workforce located in our 150,000 square foot facility in Post Falls, ID.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Manufacturing work experience, preferably in a Pharmaceutical environment.
- Demonstration of excellent communication, facilitation skills and teamwork are a must.
- Ability to comfortably and safely work around insect venoms, allergens, hazardous chemicals, solvents and other laboratory reagents.
Nice To Haves
- cGMP experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Performing tasks, processes and tests on products for production and/or shipping that could include chemical processing, grinding, drying, sieving, filling product bottles, weighing, and aseptic processing.
- Completing all required production records accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Filling customer product orders and update inventory distributions.
- Auditing supplies and ensure needed supplies are available.
- Proper disposal of biohazard materials, chemicals and hazardous wastes.
- Setting up, assembling, cleaning and maintaining production equipment, supplies and machinery.
- Working in compliance with and give input to creating or updating protocols and SOP's.
