About The Position

The Production Technician I is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to maximize production and maintain KDP’s high standards in safety and quality. This role will also be engaged in supporting improvements to the manufacturing process in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, productivity and growth. This role offers flexible scheduling with 6, 8, or 12-hour shifts available through a mobile shift management system, allowing employees to pick up up to 29 hours per week. Available full-time shifts include D1 (Mon-Thu, 6am-6:15pm), D2 (Fri-Sun, 6am-6:15pm), N1 (Mon-Thu, 6pm-6:15am), and N2 (Fri-Sun, 6pm-6:15am).

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to bend, stretch and stand during entire shift.
Ability to frequently kneel, squat, climb stairs/ladders, bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions.
Ability to work in a variety of temperature and humidity conditions.
