About The Position
Calibre Manufacturing is seeking a motivated Production Technician – Blender to join our team. This role is responsible for operating blending and production equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Ability to read and follow SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Ability to use basic measurement tools.
- Good communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor blending machines according to SOPs.
- Prepare and maintain equipment for production runs.
- Weigh and record product specifications accurately.
- Perform periodic checks on machine output and product quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues.
- Assist with machine breakdown, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembly.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company quality standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety procedures.
- Complete required documentation for production and quality control.
- Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
