Production Tech 2nd Shift (Assembly)

Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experiences a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components according to work instructions, and specifications.
- Operate assembly equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Load, unload, and move materials and finished products throughout the production area.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Perform routine equipment checks and notify maintenance of any mechanical issues.
- Accurately complete production records, quality documentation, and other required paperwork.
