Requirements

Experienced, with at least one year of experience in a similar production or manufacturing role.

Responsibilities

Stocking the production line with cartons, shippers, glue, and other necessary supplies.
Monitoring the packaging line to ensure products move efficiently and safely.
Removing obstructions and clearing jams to minimize downtime.
Inspecting finished cartons to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Alerting machine operators when quality concerns arise.
Reworking products that do not pass inspections or quality checks.
Keeping your work area clean, organized, and properly sanitized.
Following all safety procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), including dress code requirements.
Working collaboratively with teammates by rotating positions and assisting where needed.
Reporting any food safety or quality concerns to management or the Quality Assurance team.
Performing other duties as assigned to support the production team.
