Life's Better in a T-Shirt. Come Be Part of It. THE OPPORTUNITY Lakeshirts is looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our production team in Longmont, Colorado. We currently have openings across our screenprint and embroidery departments, including machine operation, quality control, production support, and finishing roles. Whether you're operating equipment, inspecting apparel, unloading products, or helping move orders through production, you'll play an important role in creating high-quality decorated apparel for customers across the country. Experience is helpful, but we're willing to train motivated individuals who bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing, screenprint, embroidery, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Operate screenprint, embroidery, or heat press equipment
• Load and unload garments during production
• Inspect apparel for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Monitor production runs and identify issues
• Sort, fold, count, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain production standards and efficiency goals
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with teammates to meet daily production schedules
