Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

• Previous food service, manufacturing or warehouse training/experience

Responsibilities

• Assembling products
• Baking
• Icing cakes
• Mixing
• Packaging
• Cutting
• Cooking
• Prepping
• Adhering to food safety guidelines
• Complying with all AIB, SSOP, and GMP guidelines and work rules
• Following all departmental and production procedures
• Operating packaging, cooking, slicing, transitioning and/or cleaning equipment
• Inspecting and labeling products
• Notifying supervisor of quality and potential product risks
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
• Ensuring SQF system compliance and following HACCP plan, SSOPs, and GMPs
• Reporting all food safety issues to an immediate supervisor
