Entry Level Production Team Member
About The Position
REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we have 16 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. We are ideally positioned to respond to the needs of an increasingly recycling-conscious world. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill. We are looking for Production Team Members that put safety first, who are reliable, willing to operate power equipment such as forklifts and front end loaders, and who are detailed oriented. No prior experience required, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Able to operate mobile equipment including forklifts and loaders
Responsibilities
- Operate power equipment such as forklifts and front end loaders
- Regularly perform different types of physical activities such as walking, lifting, shoveling, skimming, sweeping, general cleaning both of plant equipment and property
- Function with minimal supervision
- Work in extreme temperatures, in an industrial manufacturing outdoor environment, and wearing protective equipment while working around molten metal
