About The Position
Our Production Team Members are responsible for assisting in the daily production operations of the facility by performing assigned tasks efficiently, safely, and with attention to quality standards. This position supports workflow production and helps ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English; ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and quality
- Dependable, positive attitude, and team-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Criminal background check required
- 18 years or older
Responsibilities
- Operate assigned production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Sort, inspect, process, fold, package, or prepare items according to company standards
- Maintain productivity and quality expectations throughout the work shift
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
- Maintain attendance and punctuality standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
