JOB SUMMARY: As a Production Team Member, you’ll be assisting and supporting the efforts to build and finish products to customer specifications while inspecting the product for quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Basic understanding of manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to work well with others
Basic understanding of door parts, millwork, and woodworking
Ability to work independently, or as part of a small team to accomplish tasks
Able to lift 75-100 pounds

Nice To Haves

Woodworking or hand tools experience
Manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

Pulling the appropriate parts and hardware for the completion of product
Assisting in the building and/or finishing of products based on customer specifications
Assisting with clean up and basic maintenance of work area
