About The Position

A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a Production Team Lead at MKS Instruments, you will. Perform planning and scheduling functions involved with coordinating products and materials through various production phases. In this role, you will report to the Manufacturing/Operations Supervisor. You will make an impact by: • Performs planning and scheduling functions involved with coordinating products and materials through various production phases • Implements planned production schedules, labor loading and capacity requirements • Reviews schedules to determine materials and parts requirements to ensure materials are available according to schedules • Assists and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function

Requirements

• Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred
• 3-5+ years of related experience required in a lead/supervisory role
• Excellent communication skills
• Oracle and MS Office skills
• Production experience in electro-mechanical assembly, reading, writing, and arithmetic preferred
