As a Production Team Member, you will be instrumental in addressing real-world challenges, applying your skills to achieve significant results in areas such as engineering, planning, or customer support. Requirements

  • Ability to read a measuring tape accurately.
  • Physical capability to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire workday.
  • Ability to wear a face respirator as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
  • Forklift operation experience.

Responsibilities

  • Rubber Application: Prime and line tanks, pipes, and other equipment with rubber, ensuring quality and precision in every application.
  • Equipment Operation: Select and operate proper tooling, equipment, and raw materials daily to perform rubber lining tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Quality Control: Apply quality control measures using precision measuring devices, accurately recording measurements to maintain product standards.
  • Material Handling: Lift and move heavy objects by hand or using forklifts, carts, or other material handling equipment as required.
  • Production Reporting: Record and report production labor hours, product quantity, and product quality consistently to support operational tracking.
