About The Position

This role is responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining production records. The team member will follow work orders and packaging instructions, inspect products for quality, and package finished goods. They will also perform basic equipment checks, maintain inventory records, and report any concerns to supervisors. Supporting team productivity and continuous improvement, as well as maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to all safety and company procedures, are key aspects of this position. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and operate production equipment.
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods (8–11 hours per shift).
• Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Must wear required PPE at all times.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products for quality and ensure specifications are met.
• Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and packaging instructions.
• Package, stack, move, and organize materials and finished products.
• Verify quantities, sizes, colors, and product specifications.
• Perform basic equipment checks and complete required documentation.
• Maintain inventory and production records as needed.
• Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors.
• Support team productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including 5S activities.
• Follow all safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
