About The Position

Responsible for performing production work in a factory setting. This role involves starting, operating, tending, stopping, and cleaning machines. The team member will assemble finished products and inspect them to ensure high quality. This is a temporary position with training on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift in July 2026.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Have high school diploma or equivalent
• Able to stand up to 10 hours at a time
• Push, pull, an/or lift at least 50lbs
• Recognize colors
• Able to manipulate parts repetitively
• Able to wear personal protective equipment
• Ability to walk up stairs
• Can stoop, bend or crawl
• Able to reach above head repetitively
• Able to stand for 10 hours per day
• Be available to work overtime as needed
• Continuous walking, bending, turning, twisting and lifting up to 50lbs
• Be able to use all extremities
• Be able to withstand Manufacturing environment temperatures such as heat, humidity and cold

Responsibilities

• Start up and stop equipment
• Assist with production line in factory setting
• Clean production area
• Sweep and remove debris
• Load and unload items from machines and carts
• Feed or place items onto equipment for processing
• Operate automated welders
• Ensure conformance to specifications
• Mark parts for identification
• Remove product and machine attachments (i.e. nozzles on welders.)
• Read and interpret gauges (i.e go/no go gauges)
• Record data (i.e scrap, traceability)
• Follow written/verbal instructions from supervisors
• Manipulate parts repetitively
• Load and unload parts in tote/knock down containers
• Communicate with team leader and fellow team members respectfully
• Adhere to all safety rules
