About The Position

This role is responsible for manufacturing or preparing parts in accordance with Malibu Electronics standards. The team member will follow all safety and quality guidelines while continually exceeding customer standards. They will read and understand paperwork to ensure proper steps are followed, conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed, and may work in a team setting or individually to complete tasks in a timely manner. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by complying with safety and 5s standards is also a key responsibility. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Stands 8 hours
