The Production Team Member is a valuable part of our production team, packaging the industry’s finest coffee. Their performance is critical in ensuring production quotas are met in a timely fashion while first observing the highest standards of safety and quality. You will need to be reliable and punctual.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in an industrial production facility
  • Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment, manage and follow through multi-step project steps/procedures consistently.
  • Perform work in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to adjust and adapt to change while staying focused on project deliverables
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of coffee industry experience is strongly desired
  • At least 1 year of food manufacturing experience is strongly desired

Responsibilities

  • Work cooperatively with the production team to ensure workplace safety and product quality while meeting production goals
  • Complete packaging tasks such as case filling, box assembly, and pallet stacking
  • Comply with all written Workplace Safety rules and other safety requirements and standards consistently
  • Comply with all written food safety Good Manufacturing Practices and other requirements and standards consistently
  • Report all safety and quality concerns to Leadership
  • Work on a packaging line with consistent speed and accuracy
  • Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
  • Perform assigned cleaning and sanitation tasks to ensure a clean and safe work area
  • Perform assigned material management tasks to ensure an efficient, organized, and safe work area
  • Use tools and equipment correctly and maintain them with care
  • Willingness to comply with all safety rules
  • Report any tool and equipment issues to Leadership
  • Follow all written and verbal instructions
  • Attend all safety and production meetings and trainings
  • Demonstrate ability to perform tasks using computer applications
  • Demonstrate ability to perform production quality monitoring and reporting tasks
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays
