About The Position
Life Lyfts is seeking a hardworking, dependable Production & Installation Team Member to join their crew full-time. This role involves building mobility and accessibility solutions that help farmers and individuals maintain independence. The position offers a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts and competitive pay based on experience.
Requirements
- Welding experience required
- Mechanically minded and comfortable working with tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel when needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Weld and fabricate accessibility products
- Help build and assemble equipment
- Assist with installations and service work
- Travel occasionally for installs and customer projects
