The Production Team Member will be flexible and adaptable to work in changing environments. This individual will be cross-trained and able to assist in multiple areas of production, as directed by management. Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Demonstrated steady and consistent work history
• Ability to work overtime as required
• Reliability and flexibility
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and written
• Friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor
• Desire to learn, seek new challenges and to take on additional responsibilities
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Must be resourceful and initiative-taking
• Self-motivated, driven individual
• The determination to work harder than anyone you know
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach above head, twist, push and pull
• Must be able to stand up to 10 hours a day
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, the ability to adjust focus, the ability to see variations in color, and the ability to match colors

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a team environment by cross-training on production equipment and processes.
• Perform highly repetitive and prescribed job duties involving machine operation, pouring and mixing of raw materials, and manual packing of product.
• Detect and segregate defective product.
• Record all required information.
• Create a safe workspace by maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas and following safety regulations.
• Enjoyment of wearing many hats is necessary.
