Requirements

HS Diploma or equivalent
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Physical ability to lift, carry, and/or move objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
Physical ability to stand for long periods of time
Physical ability to read and see details at close range
Physical ability to infrequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, twist, and grasp
Physical ability to make fast, simple repetitive movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists
Physical ability to operate pneumatic tools

Responsibilities

Achieve operator certification according to the plant certification process.
Participate in team meetings and understand performance goals and objectives.
Help achieve team performance goals and objectives.
Follow ISO14001/TS16949 documentation including, but not limited to, SWI’s, forms, work instructions, and procedures.
Actively participate in self-directed work team model.
Follow company rules and policies/procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Participate in plant recycling programs.
