About The Position

Seeking qualified applicants to join our team for immediate needs at our lumber manufacturing facility in Bemidji, MN. This is a benefited entry-level hourly position which involves machine center relief, machine and area clean-up duties around the mill site, operating mobile stock, and operating multiple workstations to support the lumbermill processes. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a high-performance team in a fast-paced and technologically advanced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a successful high-performance team.
• Reliable, productive team member.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate advanced machine centers.
• Must be able to work a rotating, flexible shift schedule including days, nights, and some weekends.
• Able to climb and descend stairs, ladders, catwalks at elevated levels, and work at heights.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be capable of working in an industrial setting subject to hot, dusty, cold, wet, and dirty environments on occasion.
• High school diploma (or GED)
• At least two years of work/school experience in the past four years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Prior industrial and/or heavy equipment experience is desirable.
