About The Position

Cascade Dafo is currently hiring full-time Production Team Members at our Ferndale facility. The shift we are hiring for is Monday-Thursday, 2:30pm-1:00am, and offers opportunity for voluntary overtime work. Production Team Members at Cascade Dafo start off by learning a set of core jobs; these core jobs will be the foundation for all other positions in the production departments. Cascade Dafo is a manufacturing company that specializes in making ankle foot orthosis (AFOs) for children with mobility challenges. Able to sit or stand for long periods of time.

Able to read and understand English- including anatomy terms, colors, and identifying pictures.

Responsibilities

Learn a set of core jobs which will be the foundation for all other positions in the production departments.
Hold, firmly grasp, and maneuver product constantly using hand eye coordination.
Understand a priority-based work system.
Use a variety of hand and electric tools; including safely starting up, operating, troubleshooting, and shutting down power equipment.
Clean braces with solvent as necessary.
Be adaptable; stay current with product and process changes.

Benefits

Competitive Wages: Starting wage is $19.50/hour. Night shift team members earn an additional $1.50 night shift differential per hour worked during their regular schedule. Full base wage scale for a production team member is $19.50-$30.47 per hour.
