About The Position
Looking for a stable opportunity with a company that values teamwork and continuous learning? Ventura Manufacturing is seeking full-time Production Team Members to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality components and assemblies used in furniture, automotive and other consumer products. You’ll work in a hands-on manufacturing environment, learn multiple jobs throughout the production process, and contribute to a team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
