Responsibilities
- Loading / unloading rolls of material through the use of and overhead crane
- Ensure equipment settings match process standard
- Conduct raw material and composite weight measurements to ensure product is at specification
- Alter necessary equipment components for product / program changeover
- Monitor quality of product during machine operation
- Operate Hilo and perform preventative maintenance on equipment as required
- Special projects as necessary
- Responsible for promoting a safe work environment and preventing injuries trough 5S
- Continuously analyze the the assigned area of responsibility for improved methods of production, tool design, communication, reporting, cost controls and layout : make recommendtions to supervisor for improvements
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
