The Production Team Member – Furniture Install plays a key role in bringing our premium pontoon boats to life by installing furniture, fiberglass components, steering systems, and electrical connections.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.) throughout the shift
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
  • Regular use of hand tools and production equipment
  • Indoor manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to varying conditions
  • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred (2+ years ideal)
  • Strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspections on rear rails and panels
  • Identify and repair defects such as scratches, dents, and surface imperfections
  • Use hand tools and production equipment to complete finishing work
  • Maintain production standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
  • Follow all safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment
