Requirements

  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred (2+ years ideal)
  • Strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude
  • Strong communication skills a nd willingness to learn
  • Ability to accept direction and constructive feedback and apply it to improve performance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.) throughout the shift
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
  • Regular use of hand tools and production equipment
  • Working knowledge of 12-volt electrical systems
  • Indoor manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to varying conditions
  • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Responsibilities

  • Testing all electrical components on the boat
  • Troubleshooting root cause of failed tests, and correcting the issue
  • Install console toe-kick panels
  • Perform quality inspections of electrical components
  • Complete and sign required inspections and production documentation accurately
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
  • Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work area
  • Support continuous improvement and production excellence
