Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods
Perform repeated lifting of up to 50 lbs
A strong attendance record is vital to our team’s success
Ability to work independently with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality
A willingness to learn new processes and grow within the MPS team

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment
Existing forklift certification

Responsibilities

Handle the creation of molds and cores
Manage the pouring of molten iron
Perform quality assurance tests
Use grinders, de-gating tools, and specialized equipment to bring castings to exact customer specifications
