Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repeated lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attendance record.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of attention to detail.
- Commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn new processes and grow within the MPS team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment.
- Existing forklift certification.
Responsibilities
- Handle the creation of molds and cores.
- Manage the pouring of molten iron.
- Perform quality assurance tests in the Casting Department.
- Use grinders, de-gating tools, and specialized equipment in the Finishing Department.
- Ensure castings meet exact customer specifications.
