About The Position

Coordinates production employees to meet scheduled requirements in respective department. Required to perform other miscellaneous tasks as supervision deems necessary.

Requirements

• Ability to train and enforce all policies and procedures.
• Ability to complete and verify First and Final Article Inspections.
• Ability to assure parts are correct and identified before leaving department.
• Ability to process associated documentation including process tags, rework tags, and non-conforming material documents.
• Ability to stage work for department.
• Ability to assist Production/Assistant Production Supervisors with job assignments.
• Ability to mentor and train new employees.
• Ability to collaborate with Assistant/Production Supervisors on personnel issues, reviews, promotions, transfers, discharges and discipline.
• Ability to coordinate production with other departments.
• Ability to work with management to improve production flow.
• Ability to analyze and resolve work situations and assist production workers in solving work problems.
• Ability to assist in production, as necessary.
• Ability to read and interpret sales orders.
• Ability to complete all weekly, daily and monthly 5S tasks.
