About The Position

Taylor Corporation is looking for a Team Lead for our Full Color department on our Flatbed side in our North Mankato-MN facility. This role is responsible for processing startup and control, aligning crewing to the need based on volumes in the area, and establishing run priority based on customer requirements for all operators, assemblers, and packagers. The Team Lead will manage all aspects of the daily WIP reports, meet production goals, and establish daily, monthly, and annual goals for team members. They will also gather metrics and barriers for Gemba and confirm quality through routine checks including print quality, cutting quality, finishing quality, and packaging quality.

Requirements

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
Frequently required to move inside the facility
Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
