About The Position

American Construction Materials (ACM) is a rapidly growing manufacturing Strategic Business Unit of ABC Supply and is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Production Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, consistent flow of product and proper record keeping while meeting the demands of the department and production schedules. Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing and scheduling leadership role is required
• Previous experience as a team lead/supervisor role
• Precious experience in a warehouse leadership role
• Ability to read and interpret process instructions, drawings, dimensions and machine settings
• Experience measuring with tape measure, caliper and micrometer
• Positive attitude and team player
• Solid time management and prioritization skills
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual speaking in Spanish/English is preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership and direction to the receiving team
• Training new and existing associates as needed
• Maintaining accurate work order reporting
• Troubleshooting process problems and/or product quality
• Ensuring that company safety policies are followed
• Assisting with the interview process of new associates and monitoring their performance once hired
• Performing all other duties as assigned and directed
