Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year as a machine operator with BG or similar experience strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge and skills with leadership, communication, and computer technology.
- Comfortable working with machinery and production management strongly preferred.
- Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-focused.
- Humble, Hungry, and Smart.
- Willingness to learn, grow, work overtime and take on additional responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee production, scheduling and floor operations.
- Support daily operations and team performance.
- Train and support team members for success.
- Monitor equipment, personnel, and processes to ensure operational needs and performance expectations are consistently met.
