About The Position
The role of the Production Line Lead is to run, manage, and maintain production in all of its entirety; to manage and maintain the production product and staff. Be the final set of eyes on the product before its released as a Wolf Product. To continue to demand and uphold the quality of product that Wolf Home Products is known for.

Responsibilities
- Work and help on the line where needed
- Train all new Production Employees on each job responsibility
- Check in all products
- Check out all products
- Maintain the Wolf Product quality control and continue with strict standards on out-going products
- Production Inventory
- Process all Production work tickets
- Develop new procedures for more efficient and faster production
- Maintain Fork Lift operation training
- Assign daily tasks to all employees in order to maximize each employee’s skill
- Communicate effectively with Management about any specific needs of the Employee
- Report any damaged or defective cabinets to management
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
