The pivotal role of Team Leader at Cytiva involves unwavering dedication to directing and overseeing the production cells. Based in Duncan, SC, our Boxing department seeks a hands-on leader, and this position requires an on-site presence. Cytiva envisions propelling the advancement of future therapeutics from the initial discovery stage to delivery.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in manufacturing
- Experience with SAP, or other ERP, specifically in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to train, lead, and mentor a team to drive the success of the production process
- Comfortably lift 35 lbs. daily
- Handle extended periods of bending, lifting, sitting, and standing
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a cleanroom environment
- Expertise in ensuring regulatory compliance with ISO standards
- Expertise in maintaining process integrity in pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries
