Production Team Lead

About The Position
This role supports and directs employees doing work in the assigned production departments. The Lead will interface with the Production Management Team to ensure production lines meet output targets, schedules, and efficiency targets while keeping employee safety at the forefront.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all employees adhere to the company safety policy.
- Execute Transactions within the ERP system to support the production line and keep products flowing.
- Direct workforce to ensure daily production goals are achieved.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency of production lines
- Daily communication Production Management/Human Resources regarding attendance
- Daily communication to Operations Team regarding work flow.
- Communication, ability to work in team environment, follow written instructions and verbal instructions.
