About The Position

Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking an energetic and professional individual to join our Production team. As a Team Lead, you will support daily manufacturing throughput and output, lead team members in their day-to-day activities while maintaining exceptional quality standards at the final stage of production. You will set clear expectations and hold team members accountable while providing ongoing feedback on quality, workmanship, and process adherence. You will also lead process improvement initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams including Production, Materials, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to eliminate defects and improve ship-ready outcomes. Additionally, you will monitor and address productivity and output concerns, including production targets, cycle times, and quality standards, and take responsibility for maximizing production output while maintaining quality and team morale. You will plan and support pre- and post-Kaizen activities with the Lean team to ensure successful outcomes, and take ownership of processes and products to ensure all units meet quality standards before shipment. You will partner with the Safety and Quality Manager to support employee safety and equipment reliability, ensure compliance with all federal and provincial safety standards and support a Mission Zero incident safety culture, and support team members by proactively addressing barriers impacting quality, delivery, and productivity through daily meetings and ongoing collaboration.
