About The Position
Pronto Staffing is seeking an experienced team leader to support a busy manufacturing environment. Pronto Staffing is hiring a Production Team Lead for an evening shift position. In this role, you will work right alongside your team to help meet daily production and quality goals. You will give direction, train team members, and keep operations running smoothly and safely.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
- Recent experience leading a team within the past year
- Good computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong English communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the production team while working alongside them each day
- Provide clear direction, training, and support to team members
- Operate mixing, grinding, and packaging equipment safely
- Monitor daily schedules to track goals and prevent material shortages
- Conduct quality checks on labels, work orders, and packaging
- Complete daily paperwork accurately and provide shift updates to the next lead
- Enforce safety rules, food safety standards, and keep the work area clean
