About The Position

FSSI East is currently looking for an Operations Support (2nd shift) to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This position is responsible for supporting warehouse operations while serving as the primary driver for daily deliveries. Major duties include preparing pallets and shipments for pickup, driving company vehicles for mail and material transport, and assisting with warehouse and building upkeep as needed. This position may also serve as a backup for warehouse duties, including forklift operation, when required.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
1+ years driving experience without moving violations or safety concerns.
Must be well organized and have strong time management skills.
Must handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience preferred. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Assist or provide coverage in Mailing, Custom Insert, Digital Printing Services, and Quality Assurance. These departments will require successful and accurate operation of large printing and mailing equipment.
Moving stock from warehouse to assigned location.
Warehouse Shipping and Receiving.
Travel to and from Post Office to deliver mail.
Daily Production/Warehouse cleanup.
Assist with Inventory cycle counts.
Copying and scanning of documentation.
Follow company policies and safety regulations.
Report unsafe facility and vehicle issues to management.
Perform other duties as assigned dependent on the changing needs of the organization.
